Based in Frome, Somerset, Catherine House Care Home transformed its gardens into a bustling hub of activity in honour of the summer bank holiday.
The team and residents, who are fondly referred to as family members, embraced the sunshine and gardens surrounded by friends and family along with a live performance from local band Don’t Frett. Family members delighted in singing along and dancing under the gazebos, whilst some chattered in the sunshine next to the newly built garden bar.
A huge BBQ grill was on hand to keep everyone’s belly’s full, and the team did a fabulous job in keeping everything running smoothly. The day overall was a huge success in bringing everyone together to celebrate the bank holiday and bringing the summer months to a close. The air was bustling with activity, nostalgia and community this weekend at Catherine House Care Home.
Nestled in the heart of Frome, Catherine House Care Home embraces an individualised approach to care. Recognising the uniqueness of each person, the care home values their life history and personal journey.
